Refunds + Shipping


We do not accept returns, or refunds. We strive to offer a shopping experience that's seamless, and glam as possible. If items are damaged please contact our customer service at 

All items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item(s). 

All items must be returned in it's original packaging, unworn, in it's original condition and with the tags still attached to the item. 

If items are not returned within these guidelines, no exchange will be returned.

All clearance and sale items are final and cannot be returned. 


All items take 3 processing days and 5-7 business days for shipping.

If you have any concerns about your order please contact our customer service. 

If your shipping confirmation says it was delivered however you have not received the package please call your shipping carrier to dispute the issue.

Once items leave our warehouse for shipment and you receive a verified tracking number we are no longer responsible for the items.
